Shop/Food Review

Mr Good Says:

As I walked past Siamese Cat with Ms Teatime, we were lured inside because of the awesome Thai Tea aroma beckoning at us. We promptly ordered a Hot Thai Milk Tea (less sweet) and a Fresh Coconut Water. And I was happy to note that they use Cha Tru Mue's tea leaves. As expected, the Thai Milk Tea tasted aromatic but somehow not as good as Cha Tru Mue's. Fresh Coconut Water is slightly pricey but a nice luxury I'll order again because they've painstakingly removed the coconut fresh to be served together with fresh Thai young coconut water in a convenient cup for me.

Then, while we sat there sipping our drinks, we suddenly heard a loud sizzle! And we were surprised to see someone cooking in a wok! That was when I realised that contrary to my assumption, Siamese Cat is not the typical drinks and desserts only cafe, they also serve Thai mains like Phad Thai, Tom Yum Noodles and Thai Green Curry. Although I have yet to try them, looking at the way the staff fired up that seemingly well-used wok, I am inclined to think that food should taste more than decent. I will be back to try them someday.
