Ms Teatime Says:

Hidden on Level 6 of JEM (access from Koufu food court), Poppy Pops offers a respite for shoppers in the otherwise crowded mall. As you ascend the escalator from the busy food court, it will feel like you are instantaneously transported to another world; from a busy urban mall to a tranquil garden.

Utilizing full height glass walls, the naturally sun-lit cafe has the privilege of being the only cafe nested within a beautiful urban garden, making it peaceful and exclusive. On a clear day, you can enjoy a nice sunset view in the cafe while on rainy days, the charming cafe can be a dreamy place for you to watch the rain drops.
The best part is that ambiance is not the only strength of Poppy Pops as they offer quite a handful of unique and delicious snacks. Instead of processed popcorn chicken and unimaginative fries, Poppy Pops serves homemade chicken maple bites, Mentaiko fries and zucchini chips. For desserts, they also have cute homemade gelato on sticks and ondeh/red velvet donuts. More substantial items like ravioli and burgers are also available though I have yet to try them. Drinks are decidedly less interesting (mostly Nespresso Coffees, Twinings Teas, beers and some homemade iced beverages) but suffice for a simple afternoon tea. And did I mention that Free WiFi is available here?
