You can choose to visit just one country with one of their signatures like "Bangkok Betty" featuring Thai style beef or "Angry Lee" featuring Mala Smoked Duck. Or you could go global and make your own (MYO) unique international sushi by choosing your preferred carbo, meat, sauce, fillers and toppings mixing flavours from different countries! I have not personally tried Wooshi's sushi rolls and bowls but because I love DIY menus and fusion cuisines, I will be sure to check them out when I'm in the North! But if I am being really honest, the biggest draw for me is actually their sides; tempura Mozzarella cheese sticks, tempura prawns and tempura enoki mushrooms, I am so coming for YOU!
